How to Connect
Sign in with Microsoft
In Grounded Scribe, go to Settings > Calendar and click "Connect Outlook". Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Grant calendar permissions
Approve the permission request to allow Grounded Scribe to read and write to your Outlook calendar.
Select your calendar
Choose which Outlook calendar to use for availability and appointment creation.
Enable in AI Receptionist
Activate the Outlook integration in your AI Receptionist settings for automated booking.

Does it work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?
Yes. Both personal Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 (business/enterprise) accounts are fully supported.
Is the Outlook integration free?
Yes. Calendar integrations are included at no extra cost on every Grounded Scribe plan.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. You can disconnect the integration from Grounded Scribe settings, or revoke access from your Microsoft account security page.
Does it support shared/room calendars?
The integration works with your primary calendar. Shared calendars and room bookings are not currently supported.

All integration data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Grounded Scribe is hosted in Australia and complies with the Australian Privacy Act. We only access the minimum data required for each integration to function.
