How to Connect
Get your Halaxy credentials
Make sure your Halaxy API add-on is active, then go to Settings > Integrations > External > Create New Key and copy both the Client ID and Client Secret.
Connect in Grounded Scribe
Go to Settings > Integrations, select Halaxy, and enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
Configure webhooks
In Halaxy go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks, add the webhook URL and authentication header shown in your Grounded Scribe integration settings to enable real-time updates.
Enable the integration
Activate the Halaxy integration under Settings > Integrations. Your AI Receptionist, chat widget, and client portal will offer your live Halaxy availability; you approve each AI booking in your review console before it writes back to Halaxy.

Can I create new patients through the integration?
Yes. When a new client books an appointment through the AI Receptionist, chat widget, or client portal and no existing patient record is found, Grounded Scribe can create a new patient in Halaxy automatically.
What data does Grounded Scribe access in Halaxy?
Practitioner schedules, appointment types, patient name/DOB/contact for matching, and appointment slots. No financial or billing data is accessed.
