Once approved (and for client-portal self-bookings), the appointment is written to Cliniko and both client and practitioner are notified.

AI-generated clinical notes from your scribe sessions can be pushed into the corresponding Cliniko patient file.
How to Connect
Generate your Cliniko API key
Log in to Cliniko, go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys, and generate a new key for Grounded Scribe.
Connect in Grounded Scribe
Go to Settings > Integrations in Grounded Scribe, select Cliniko, and paste your API key.
Map practitioners and locations
Grounded Scribe imports your practitioners and locations automatically. Review the mapping to confirm everything is correct.
Enable the integration
Turn on the Cliniko integration under Settings > Integrations. Your AI Receptionist, chat widget, and client portal will offer your live Cliniko availability; you approve each AI booking in your review console before it writes back to Cliniko.
