How to Connect
- Generate your Cliniko API key
Log in to Cliniko, go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys, and generate a new key for Grounded Scribe.
- Connect in Grounded Scribe
Go to Settings > Integrations in Grounded Scribe, select Cliniko, and paste your API key.
- Map practitioners and locations
Grounded Scribe imports your practitioners and locations automatically. Review the mapping to confirm everything is correct.
- Enable the integration
Turn on the Cliniko integration under Settings > Integrations. Your client portal will offer your live Cliniko availability.

Is the Cliniko integration free?

What data does Grounded Scribe access in Cliniko?
Only what's needed: practitioner schedules, appointment types, patient name/DOB/contact for matching, and appointment slots. No billing or financial data is accessed.
