Dictation mode is for shorter voice notes after an appointment, while session recording captures a longer conversation for transcription and an editable note draft. The current plan cards show the published allowance for each tier.

Your account shows usage as you approach the published plan allowance. You can review a higher plan before recording more work; a recording already in progress is not deliberately cut off.

Yes. Eligible education workers receive around 20% off monthly plans with annual re-verification. Verified university and TAFE trainees receive Plus free for their first 12 months, then re-verify their tertiary email for a 50%-off student year. No. Supervision is a role rather than a separate public seat type. The active Scribe seats should reflect the documentation workload each professional needs.
Client health and personal information is stored in Australia. Audio is deleted immediately once it's processed successfully. If a recording can't upload, it stays on your own device so you can retry. If it uploads but can't be processed, it's held securely in Australia for up to 48 hours so you can retry, then deleted. Review the Security and Privacy pages for the current controls and processing boundaries.
