Dictations are quick recordings under the dictation cap for your tier (5 min on Free/Plus, 10 min on Core, 15 min on Pro, 20 min on Max). Each recording counts as 1 unit. For example, a 60-minute therapy session counts as 1 session, and a 3-minute post-appointment note counts as 1 dictation. Free includes unlimited dictation notes. Paid plans include unlimited healthcare-grade dictations with medical vocabulary recognition.

You'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue recording. We notify you at 75% and 90% of your limits so you can plan ahead. We never cut off access mid-recording - you can always finish your current session.

Yes! Unlimited assessments are included at no cost on every AI Scribe plan — even Free. Unlike competitors, assessments don't count against your session or dictation limits. This is a major advantage for assessment-heavy practitioners.

Credits are a unified currency: 1 credit = 1 SMS or 1 AI Receptionist overflow minute. Top up any amount from $5 at a base rate of $0.22/credit. Spend $50+ and get 5% bonus credits, or spend $100+ for 15% bonus credits. For example, $10 gets you 45 credits, $50 gets 238 credits, and $100 gets 522 credits. Credits never expire. You can also enable auto top-up to automatically recharge when your balance runs low.

It depends on your practice volume and whether you use AI Receptionist. For SMS only: part-time practitioners typically use 25-50/month, full-time 50-120/month, and group practices 200+/month. SMS messages are sent from an alphanumeric sender ID ('GrndScribe') which is one-way only. Clients cannot reply directly to these messages. For two-way communication, direct clients to call your practice or use the client portal.

You can create supervision relationships, log supervision sessions with structured notes, track competency ratings across 19 profession-specific frameworks (Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, OT, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Medicine, and more), monitor supervision hours, manage action items, and create learning plans with goals. Organisations pay a $99/month platform fee (org administration, supervision and training program, team billing, organisation-wide reporting) plus a seat for each team member, using the same plan names as individual pricing: a Pro seat ($69/month, 120 sessions) for full-time professionals, a Core seat ($39/month, 60 sessions) for part-time professionals, and a Plus seat ($19/month, 30 sessions with supervisor note approval) for trainees. No. Supervision is a role, not a seat type. Any full-time or part-time professional seat can supervise trainees — oversight dashboards, note review and approval workflows are included at no extra cost. You only pay by how much each person works, not by their title.

Yes. Your AI Receptionist checks your real-time calendar availability before offering appointment slots to callers. It respects your working hours, buffer times between appointments, and minimum booking notice. It integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, and practice software including Cliniko, Halaxy, and Nookal — both via direct API connection and iCal feeds. Appointments are created as requests for you to confirm — preventing double-bookings entirely.
