One platform fee for your organisation, then a seat for each team member based on how much they work — not their job title. Supervision tools are included on every clinical seat, and speaker identification is included on every professional seat.
Organisation Platform
Central administration, supervision & training program, central seat management, and organisation-wide reporting.
Pro — full-time professionals
$69/seat/month
For full-time caseloads — 120 sessions a month. Includes speaker identification, unlimited dictations, and supervision tools whether or not they supervise.
Core — part-time professionals
$39/seat/month
For part-time caseloads — 60 sessions a month. Same features as full-time, including speaker identification and supervision tools.
Plus — trainees
$19/seat/month
For interns and provisional practitioners — 30 sessions a month and unlimited dictations, with supervisor note approval and approved templates.
Supervisors don't pay extra — supervision and oversight are part of every clinical seat, full-time or part-time. Volume discounts apply to all seats: 5–9 seats save 10%, 10–19 save 15%, 20+ save 20%. Annual payment saves a further 10%. Prices in AUD, excluding GST.
Example: 6 full-time, 4 part-time, and 8 trainee seats (18 seats, 15% off) comes to about $614/month in seats plus the $99 platform fee — around $713/month all up.
