What happens to your recordings and notes.

Answers about audio, where data is held, retention, practice systems and trials.

Is the session audio kept after transcription?

No. Audio is deleted immediately once it's processed successfully. If a recording can't upload, it stays on your own device so you can retry. If it uploads but can't be processed, it's held securely in Australia for up to 48 hours so you can retry, then deleted. You choose how long the transcript is kept (1, 7, 30 or 365 days in Settings), and the draft note stays in your account to check and edit.

Where is my data processed and stored?

In Australia. Transcription and AI note drafting happen in Australia, and your records are stored in Australia.

Can I send notes to Halaxy, Cliniko or Nookal?

Yes. Connect your practice system and send a note to the matching client record. Automatic sending is optional and stays off until you turn it on.

How do I capture a session?

Record in the room, capture a telehealth call from its browser tab, dictate a quick summary, or upload an authorised recording. Then choose from 185 built-in note templates, including SOAP, DAP and BIRP.

Do I review the note before it is final?

Yes. AI prepares an editable draft; the note only becomes final when you review and finalise it.
