Every session now has a Snapshot — a short, at-a-glance summary covering focus, progress, risk, response, and the next step. It’s drafted alongside your note at no extra cost, and you review and confirm it in a click. And when you open your day and select a client, the new client-prep view brings their snapshot and key details together so you can walk into the next session already across where things are.
Document Hub: Guided Letter & Report Composer
The Document Hub is now a guided composer. Instead of starting from a blank template, answer a few quick questions — who the document is for, what it needs to do, any funder involved (NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover, WorkSafe, TAC and more), and how far back to look — and Grounded Scribe composes the letter or report from the client’s whole record: their sessions, assessments, and goals. It’s written in the right tone for the reader, grounded only in what’s on file, and every line is yours to review and edit before you export a clean PDF or Word file or email it under your signature.

Place outbound calls from your practice number with conference-based mute, hold, DTMF tones, and attended transfer. Initiate, complete, merge, or cancel transfers with a four-action workflow.
Team Messaging and Video Meeting Integrations
Send direct messages or create group conversations with your practice team, share files, and see read receipts — all without leaving the platform. Schedule Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet meetings directly from your calendar.
Browser-Based Calling
