Built by a Practitioner

I'm an AHPRA-registered Clinical, Educational and Developmental Psychologist working in a public school setting, and the sole director of my own private practice, Daily Growth Psychology. I completed my Master of Psychology (Educational & Developmental) at the University of Melbourne and have spent the past decade working across community mental health at Headspace, special developmental schools, private practice, and public school settings. Prior to my current clinical roles, I held leadership positions within Student Support Services, leading multidisciplinary teams through critical incident responses, psycho-educational assessments, and wellbeing consultations. I also serve as a Board Approved Supervisor for provisional and early career psychologists, and I'm a published researcher in the field of wellbeing education.

I built Grounded Scribe because I was drowning in the same paperwork you are. Writing session notes at odd hours of the day and night. Spending weekends on psycho-educational reports. Watching colleagues burn out — not from the clinical work, but from the documentation that followed it. As a practitioner who adopts a collaborative, neuro-affirming and strengths-based approach, I believe our time should be spent bridging the gap between clinical insights and daily functioning — not buried in admin. The tools available to Australian practitioners were either too expensive, not fit for our context, or simply didn't exist. So I built the platform I wished I had — one that understands how Australian health and education professionals actually work, priced so that a sole practitioner or a school counsellor can genuinely afford it.
