How to Connect

  1. Generate your Nookal API key

    Log in to Nookal, go to Setup > Integrations, and generate an API key for Grounded Scribe.

  2. Connect in Grounded Scribe

    Go to Settings > Integrations, select Nookal, and paste your API key.

  3. Enable the integration

    Turn on the Nookal integration under Settings > Integrations. Your client portal will offer your live Nookal availability.

Yes. If your Nookal account has multiple locations, live availability is checked across all of them. Bookings taken through the client portal are written directly to Nookal for the matching location.

What data does Grounded Scribe access in Nookal?

Practitioner schedules, appointment types, patient name/DOB/contact for matching, and appointment slots. No financial data is accessed.
