Yes. Evidence is organised by the nationally-consistent NCCD framework — the four categories of disability, the four adjustment levels (QDTP, Supplementary, Substantial, Extensive) and the four evidence areas. It works the same in every state and sector.
Does it work for both Disability Inclusion Coordinators and Learning Support Coordinators?
Yes — and for the whole student-support team. Whether your title is Disability Inclusion Coordinator, Learning Support Coordinator, Inclusion Coordinator or Diverse Learning Coordinator, the workflows are the same. Teachers, education support staff, counsellors and nurses can all contribute.

IEP, ILP, PLSP, ICP — which plan does it support?
All of them. The plan name varies by state and sector, but it is just the container for the same NCCD-aligned content. Document goals, adjustments, reviews and evidence regardless of which plan your school uses.
Can I use it for Student Support Group meetings?
Yes. Dictate SSG or case-conference notes immediately after the meeting and the AI structures attendees, decisions, agreed actions and review dates.
Where is our data stored?
Student information is stored in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. Audio is deleted immediately once it's processed successfully. If a recording can't upload, it stays on your own device so you can retry. If it uploads but can't be processed, it's held securely in Australia for up to 48 hours so you can retry, then deleted.
