School pricing has two components: an enrolment-based platform fee and per-seat AI Scribe licensing.

Platform Fee: From $99/month (scales with enrolment)

The platform fee starts at $99/month for schools with up to 500 students and increases by $50 for each additional 500 students (501–1,000 = $149, 1,001–1,500 = $199, and so on). It gives your school access to the full student support infrastructure:

Per-Seat AI Scribe Pricing

Each staff member who needs AI-powered documentation gets an individual seat at standard tier pricing:

Volume Discounts

Per-seat pricing drops automatically based on total seat count:

$99 platform + (4 x $39) = $99 + $156 = $255/month

No volume discount applies under 5 seats.

Mid-size school (~750 students) — 8 staff on Core:

$149 platform + (8 x $39 x 0.90) = $149 + $280.80 = $429.80/month

The 10% volume discount saves $31.20 per month on seats.

Large school (~1,200 students) — 12 staff (4 on Pro, 8 on Core):

$199 platform + ((4 x $69) + (8 x $39)) x 0.85

= $199 + ($236 + $312) x 0.85

= $199 + $465.80 = $664.80/month

The 15% discount saves $82.20 per month across all seats.

Multi-campus or district (~1,800 students) — 25 staff on Core:

$249 platform + (25 x $39 x 0.80) = $249 + $780 = $1,029/month

That works out to roughly $41 per staff member per month, inclusive of the enrolment-scaled platform fee.

Educator Pricing Program (Individual Educators)

Educators who are not part of a school subscription can access an approximately 20% discount on individual AI Scribe plans through our Educator Pricing Program:

To qualify, you need an active Australian .edu.au email address. Verification takes less than a minute during registration, and the discount is applied automatically to your subscription. Re-verification is required annually to confirm ongoing eligibility.

The Educator Pricing Program is designed for individual school counsellors, school psychologists, learning support coordinators, and other education professionals who want to use the platform independently.
