Introducing Organisation & Enterprise Plans: Simple Seat Pricing for Teams and Training Providers

Group practices, clinics, schools and referral-based services do not all need the same organisational product. Our pricing now makes that distinction explicit.
Practice teams: seats without a workspace fee
An ordinary practice or clinic team chooses a shared Grounded Scribe tier and pays for the active practitioner seats it uses. Team administration does not create a separate platform or workspace charge.

The discount applies automatically to the shared Scribe tier. Annual billing saves a further 10%, compounded with the team discount.
A worked example
Eight practitioners on Pro would ordinarily cost 8 × $69 = $552 per month. The 5% team discount reduces that to $524.40/month ex GST. There is no additional workspace fee for ordinary practice-team access.
Referral & Coordination is a separate workspace
Services that need referral intake, triage, assignment, coordinated casework and organisation-level reporting can purchase a separate Referral & Coordination Workspace. Its standard subscription is fixed rather than scaling with ordinary staff numbers, referrals or active cases. Scribe seats remain optional and separately priced.
Complex identity, data integration, migration, governance or contracted-support requirements are scoped separately rather than being hidden inside every team’s bill.
Grounded Schools has its own model
Grounded Schools is an institutional student-support workspace, not the standard practice-team plan. Current School Workspace pricing and offer dates are published at https://www.groundedscribe.com/schools#pricing.
Universities and unusually large education systems receive a scoped quote based on the support service and operating model—not their total enrolment.
Supervision remains a role
Supervision and oversight are capabilities attached to the relevant professional access; team size alone does not create a platform fee. More complex training or institutional arrangements can be scoped when they require contracted governance, integration or support.
